GETTING STARTED

Step 1: Place Your Order - Choose your preferred portrait size and complete the order form below. Your home portrait will be added to my painting schedule once I receive your order form and a 30% deposit.
Step 2: Choose Your Photos - Upload 3–5 high-quality photos of your home, preferably showing the front view. I’ll paint directly from the photos you provide, so choosing the best images is important. The better the quality of your photos, the more detailed and realistic your finished portrait will be. For the best results, please select photos that:
- Are bright, sharp, and in focus.
- Clearly show the architectural details of your home.
- Are high resolution, allowing me to capture fine details.
Step 3: Review Your Portrait- When your portrait is complete, I’ll email or message you a digital preview for your approval to ensure you’re happy with it. If any minor adjustments are needed, I’ll make them before the final painting is finished.
Step 4: Final Payment & Shipping - After you approve your portrait and submit the remaining 70% balance, I’ll seal and varnish your artwork. Your finished portrait will be carefully packaged and shipped approximately 4 days later.

The final product will be sealed and waxed for protection
Process: I study the reference photo of your home, sketch the basic outline, gradually build up layers of color and contrast, carefully paint the key features like the windows and doors, enhance with a suitable background, and finally sealing and waxing it
